Kemarin gw masak2 sama temen SD gw hehe..
Agak keasinan dikit masakannya huhu :(
Tapi overall masih lumayanlah, masih layak dimakan wkwk :P

Ini caimiaonya ditumis secara sederhana, tanpa kaldu atau saos tiram dan sejenisnya..
Jadi cuma ditumis bersama ebi dan bawang putih :)
Sederhana tapi sehat hoho ^^

- "babi CHASIU." -

My second dish at Puncak was.....
The New Year's special menu: BABI CHASIU!!
Nyummm kalo yg ini, pasti disukai oleh semua konsumen pork hehe :P

Yang ini juga butuh waktu masak yang cukup lama.. Maklum, memasak daging babi lebih sulit daripada daging lainnya krn daging babi agak susah matang.. Jadi harus bener2 dimasak dalam waktu yang cukup lama.. Tangan gw sampe pegel ngaduk2 kuali terus haha -.-"
Tapi hasilnya sangat memuaskan kok! Rasanya chasiu bangettttt..
Pernah mencoba babi chasiu di restoran2 nasi campur? Nahh yang ini lebih enak rasanya, krn dimasak oleh Astrid! Hahaha :P

- "ayam merica SZECHUAN." -

Hmm I cooked 2 dishes when I was spending my holiday at Puncak at the end of the year 2010 :)
The first one is this:

*ayam merica szechuan*

Gw butuh waktu lebih dari 2 jam untuk membuat masakan ini..
Yaph, cukup memakan waktu karena ada beberapa bahan yang harus dipotong2, diiris2, dibersihin dulu, dll.. haha..
Tapi krn masaknya di puncak yang notabene udaranya segerrrr dan sejuk bgt, jadi masaknya pun gak berasa cape dan tetep enjoy banget :D
Hasilnyaa.. Lezaaatttt! Terutama bagi mereka yang suka pedes, dijamin suka dengan ayam merica szechuan ini, krn rasanya didominasi oleh lada dan cabe merah kering hehe..

- "UDANG hoisin." -

Huaa.. I've just made one of my best cooking ever!

Akhirnya gw iseng2 nyoba masak udang, ternyata maknyossssss! :D

- "MEAT Tofu Oriental" -

Masak lagiiiiiiii hehe :D
Kali ini gw mencoba masak daging sapi, secara selama ini belum pernah masak daging sapi sepertinya hoho..
Setelah utak atik buku resep, akhirnya gw memutuskan untuk masak meat tofu oriental, yang cukup mudah dan simple tapi enak..
Dan ini dia hasilnyaaaa..

Sapinya enak, gak terlalu keras, tapi juga gak terlalu empuk..
Dan tahunyaaaa.. hmm lembut banget! :D

Hey.. heyy!! I'm back to the kitchen! Haha :D
Didn't have time to cook for the past 6 months,
now I'm ready to serve some special dishes again during this short holiday ;)
And here it is, my 1st cooking for this month..
CHICKEN MUSTARD BLACK PEPPER SAUCE (",)

I'm sorry because the picture provided here looks a little bit uninteresting,
but trust me that it tastes so great! Hehe..
The combination of mustard, cream, and black pepper make it taste just like an expensive chicken steak! Nyumm..

I bet you'll craving for this food once you've tried it! Hihi ;)

- "ikan TONGKOL bumbu BALI =)" -

This is my last cooking before my holiday is over :)

Actually when I first found this recipe on my mom's cooking book, I had no idea what "ikan tongkol bumbu Bali" was.. My fam and I had never tried it before.. Without any pictures to give me some description about this cuisine, I decided to try cooking it.. So yesterday I bought all the ingredients and today I cooked it before I went teaching at BSC hehe..
How does it taste? GOOD ^.^
The sweet and salty sauce poured on the fish makes it taste great hihi :D

Semalam tiba2 gw disuruh masak sama mami krn dy gak sempet masak katanya..
Karena dadakan dan juga keterbatasan bahan, jadinya gw memutuskan untuk masak ini aja.. Masakan sederhana tapi enak,, ayam kentang kecap..
Wahh.. Si mami berasa punya koki baru di rumah sekarang ceritanya ckck -.-"

- "My Kung Pao Chicken" -

Seperti biasa kalo libur,, rasanya gak afdol kalo gw ga bikin masakan hehehe :D
So today.. I made my chicken kung pao ala Chef Astrid wkwk..
Kalo liburan yang lalu gw masak makanan Western melulu seperti fettucini tuna dan makaroni panggang, kali ini gw beralih ke masakan Asia.. Iseng2 biar gak cuma bisa bikin pasta aja hehe :)

I really cooked it all by myself.. Mulai dari belanja bahan2nya, menyulap ayam utuh 1 ekor menjadi potongan kecil2 seperti ini, mencuci semua bahannya sampe bersih, dsb.. Pokoknya all by myself hihi ^^

Trust me, rasanya enak,, gak mengecewakan hehehe.. Terbayar semua kelelahan masak di dapur selama 1.5 jam saat gw sendiri dan mama papa menikmati masakan gw :)
Pengen masak lagiiiiii! Smoga sebelum liburan berakhir, gw masi sempat mencoba memasak makanan lainnya.. ^^

This is my first time to cook totally-by-myself for my whole family..
Eventually I just cook for my own self,, not to share for anybody else hehehe :P
