Actually when I first found this recipe on my mom's cooking book, I had no idea what "ikan tongkol bumbu Bali" was.. My fam and I had never tried it before.. Without any pictures to give me some description about this cuisine, I decided to try cooking it.. So yesterday I bought all the ingredients and today I cooked it before I went teaching at BSC hehe..
How does it taste? GOOD ^.^
The sweet and salty sauce poured on the fish makes it taste great hihi :D
